Youth-focused homewares retailer PBTeen has unveiled a range of Harry Potter homewares, including bedding, lighting and giftwares
More than 100 items have been designed in partnership with Warner Bros Consumer Products, which holds the Harry Potter global licence.
Inspired by the magical world of the famous books and films, the Harry Potter homewares collection includes decorative accessories, table lamps, gifts “designed to delight and enchant Harry Potter fans of all ages”.
“Fun, fantastical and nothing short of magical, the Harry Potter Collection for home is inspired by classic Harry Potter imagery and references, including the four Hogwarts houses, the Hogwarts house common rooms and Quidditch,” PBTeens advises.
“Must-have items from the collection include cotton-knit Hogwarts House throws that feature classic stripes and either a Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw crest, durable canvas Backpacks, felt House Pennants and a Quidditch-inspired Golden Snitch clock.
“The items in the collection are dreamy and luminous, the dusty rose Crest Duvet with Harry Potter icons and symbols woven into the decorative design pairs with the midnight-blue velvet quilt creating the perfect space for a magical night’s sleep.”
Initially available online, the products will later this month find their way into PBTeen-owned stores in the US and Australia – most likely followed by franchised outlets in the Middle East, the Philippines and Mexico. Prices range from US$24 to $399.
“We are thrilled to debut a home decor collection inspired by the magical world of Harry Potter,” says Jennifer Kellor, PBTeen’s president. “The Harry Potter Collection for PBteen allows fans of all ages to bring the beloved series into their homes.”
PBteen is owned by California-based Williams-Sonoma.
